Man Attacks Cop To Join Brother In Jail

prisonDavid Jacob Ginnis, 35, of Fairbanks, Alaska was a happier man after assaulting a police officer. The assault landed him in jail for thirty days, but that was exactly where he wanted to be.

Prior to the assault, Ginnis approached two police officers and asked them if he could join his brother in prison if he assaulted one of them. The police officers informed him that things would “not go well for him” if he did. It was sensible advice that Ginnis seemed to ignore  when he struck one of them with his fist. Alcohol is believed to have been involved. [Metro]
