Drive-by shooting is not rocket science, but for 20-year-old Andrew J. Burwitz it is alleged that it might as well be.

Burwitz has been accused a drive-by shooting that occurred at his ex-girlfriend’s house after the occupants at her home woke to the sound of breaking glass and then witnessed a car driving off. It seemed the shooter had forgotten to wind down the window.

Police found three bullets were found in the living room and others were found outside the house. They also found shards of glass on the street which were used to trace Burwitz to a local auto glass repair shop where he had gone to replace his window.

The catalog of charges against Burwitz include: four counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, four counts of endangering safety by reckless use of a firearm, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
