Zombies to walk the earth on Saturday!

The end of the world is set for Saturday, according to Robert Fitzpatrick, former NYC transit worker and now retired old single guy with a strange hobby. In fact he’s so confident about it that he’s willing to bet his life savings on it, so he’s taken out an advert campaign and warns everyone to repent. His basis for all this? According to some Bible interpreters, it would appear that on Saturday, yes, that’s this Saturday, the 21st of May, ..the dead in Christ shall rise first..” -Thessalonians 4:16,17

Considering the plans I had for the week-end, a zombie invasion would definitely put a dampening on the fun. So this brings me to this week’s edition of We Interrupt to give you a tip of the week segment: Guys (and girls), if you’re planning an event this week-end, you might want to play it safe and pack a basic zombie survival kit or maybe just plant some peas. At the very worst, plan a route to The Winchester, they will have lager and crisps there.

On a final note, with my luck, I’ll probably win the lottery this Wednesday, because I remember something about the rich having to crawl through the eye of a needle in order to get into heaven, sadly I’m not sure if it’s from Sunday school, or from Pennies for Heaven.

What is it with this obsession about zombies?   That’s as ignorant as the end of the world believers.  Zombies, god, and Santa Clause have one thing in common.  None of them exist and never have or ever will.

Yes, the world is becoming more stupid.
