Brooklyn, New York: Sixty-year-old retired schoolteacher Chip Cafiero has vowed to fight the $115 parking ticket that he was issued while delivering toys to children in Brooklyn from a horse and carriage. The ticket was issued to a double-parked SUV which was carrying toys and protecting the horse from traffic.

It should be noted that the traffic agent saw Cafiero giving out presents and issued the ticket anyway. [MSNBC]
