Comic book auction site ComicConnect.com just connected John Dolmayan, drummer for System of a Down to a rare Superman comic book for the grand total of $317,200. Apart from being a drummer, Dolmayan also happens to be a vintage comic book collector and dealer. The comic in question was the 1938 edition of Action Comics No. 1 and was the first comic to feature either Superman or Clark Kent. Only 100 copies are known to be in existence, with this particular edition having been picked up by its former owner from a second-hand book shop for a mere 38 cents. [UPI]
