Michigan Teen Cops Two Drug Arrests On The Same Street

joint400A Michigan teenager who cannot be named because of his age was arrested for drug possession twice on the same day, on the same street. After his initial arrest, the teen posted the $100 bond and returned to the same street an hour, where police caught him once again, this time rolling a joint.

The second arrest saw him charged with possession of marijuana and crack. [Kansas City Star]
