A 27-year-old Phoenixville, Philadelphia man faces a felony obscenity charge and two misdemeanors over a novel method he devised for keeping children away from his cul-de-sac in his upmarket neighborhood.
Police allege that Michael Buck, who had previously made a complaint about neighborhood children, used a pornographic film played at high volume to keep them at bay. Neighbors claimed that the explicit soundtrack could be heard from as far as a block-and-a-half away.
Parents allege that the movie was played for approximately 15 minutes while children aged between two-and-a-half and 14 years played on the street.
A preliminary hearing is set for next month. [Fox News]
