Man Convicted Of Groping Minnie Mouse

Submitted by C. S. Magor on Tuesday, 11 August 2009No Comment | Google Buzz |

minnieA 60-year-old man has been found guilty of misdemeanor battery and forced to make a written apology after groping a woman in a Minnie Mouse costume at Disney World.

John William Moyer’s denial of the charges and his son’s statement that his father would never inappropriately touch a woman did not convince the Court. After hearing that the victim had done all she could to keep Moyer’s hands off her breasts, he was found guilty.

The Pennsylvanian man was sentenced to 180 days probation, 50 hours of community service. He also had to write a letter of apology, pay court costs and may have to submit to a mental evaluation.
