Restaurant manager Jason Hargett became an instant millionaire by sinking a hole-in-one in the Mark Eaton Celebrity Classic charity golf tournament in Utah.
The chance of making the 150-yard shot is rated at one in 45,000. Hargett, who had not planned on playing due to a sore wrist, took the shot with his brother’s nine iron, driving the ball ten feet past the hole. Then, fortuitously, it rolled back to the 35-year-old amateur golfer a hefty paycheck.

Amazing shot! My company, Hole In One International, was the one that insured the million dollars for this event.

Cool… I’ve been in a couple of these charity events and it’s always a blast but no one ever hits it in. It must have been great to see this!
