Pamela Anderson Living In Trailer After Platinum Pool Blows Building Budget
A home-building project that has gone massively over budget has seen Pamela Anderson become the latest celebrity victim of the global financial crisis.
The former playmate and Baywatch star needs to spend at least $800,000 to make her Malibu home, which is currently under construction, livable. At present she is reportedly living in a trailer with only $4,000 in the bank.
In her own words:
I am $3million over budget and I should have moved in over a year ago. I’m tiling the whole pool in platinum — that’s expensive!
I’m going to sell it. I hate it. People commit suicide over constructions. Relationships break down over constructions and I can see why. It rips your heart out.
While the legal issues and finances are resolved, Anderson is living in a trailer with boyfriend Jamie Padgett and her two sons.

She’s an “actress” primarily known for bad relationships and her augmented breast size. She’s become “the dysfunctional Mae West poster child” of this generation…
And in the land of the “stranger than fiction…” she decided to glorify herself by building a swimming pool at the edge of the ocean, clad in precious metals, like she’s some wealthy oil-rich Saudi. Talk about a fragile ego looking for attention…
It’s judgment like this that makes America shake it’s head at “Hollyweird.” No good can come of this. Are there… will there ever again… be role models that our kids can look up to?
But, at least she’s back where she belongs,… in a trailer. It’s just too bad that it’s in such a pricey neighborhood… She’s probably bringing down property values all around her.
