Escaped Convict Finds Time to Keep Facebook Friends Up To Date

Life on the lam has not kept prison escapee Craig “Lazie” Lynch from keeping his Facebook friends up to date. The convicted burglar has used the social network to describe the meals that he eats and the comforts of his home.

UPI reports that Lynch escaped from Hollesley Bay, an open prison in Suffolk, in England, last September, as he neared the end of a seven-year sentence for aggravated burglary.

Twenty-eight-year-old Lynch became a near instant celebrity when news of his social network activities hit the Internet. Since that time, his Facebook friend count has crossed the 1,000 mark and is rapidly increasing.
