It has been confirmed that Fox News has inked a multi-year deal with former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
Palin will join the “fair and balanced” news network as a political commentator and part-time host. According to a statement from Fox, the 45-year-old mother of five will also host “periodic episodes of FNC’s Real American Stories, a series exploring inspirational real-life tales.”
In his announcing her contract, Executive Vice President of Programming Bill Shine said:
Governor Palin has captivated everyone on both sides of the political spectrum and we are excited to add her dynamic voice to the FOX News lineup.
Sarah Palin offered the following comment in her statement to Fox News:
