Urinating at 2am causes everything to get wet

Keen to find relief at 2am, an intoxicated 32-year-old Gold Coast man decided to use the privacy of darkness to urinate into a local creek.

What he didn’t expect to do was fall head-first into the creek as well. To add insult to injury, he then got stuck in the mud on the bank.

The police said

He stopped to relieve himself and fell head-first into the water. He was standing up but he was stuck in the mud and the water was up to his neck. Apparently he was calling out and the neighbours heard him.

An ambulance crew arrived about 20 minutes later and retrieved him from the cold waters.

He was taken to Hospital with minor injuries.

Dented pride I’d suggest.
