Japanese Coast Guard performs dance routine on ship

This video shows members of the Japanese Coast Guard (a highly rigid military organization) dressed as dancing schoolgirls dancing on the bow of a coastguard ship – in what may or may not be a bizarre hazing ritual.

The action was captured by passengers aboard a civilian vessel somewhere around the Senkaku Islands.
