Used Aircraft carrier hits the auction block

The HMS Invincible began serving Britain in 1980, saw action during the Falkland Islands War and was in use all the way up until 2005 when the Royal Navy decided to get new boats and give one lucky buyer the chance to pick up a piece of maritime history.

Unfortunately, Invincible has seen better days, she floats – but the engines and generators are listed as being generally unserviceable… long story short, this once proud member of Her Majesty’s Navy is being sold for scrap.
