Somewhere in Germany a bunch of crane operators got together to perform this crane stunt. At risk of spoiling the seven-minute video, I will give you a brief summary of the end result: a really big crane lifts a big crane, lifting a middle-sized while it lifts a smaller (but still useful) crane.
It sounds simple, but the potential for things to go catastrophically and very expensively wrong cannot be understated, but they didn’t and someone was nice enough to shoot a video so everyone is a winner.
If you don’t care for the idea of staring at a boring crane lifting video for seven minutes of your life, then you could skip ahead to the six-minute mark, which is where things start to get interesting.
