The capabilities of this homemade air cannon are so awesome that any “don’t try this at home” disclaimers are bound to ring hollow on deaf ears. Seriously though, when you are dealing with air pressures of greater than 100psi and firing water balloons hard enough to dent a car door, there is always the potential for things to go catastrophically wrong.
So, don’t try this at home unless you really, really know what you are doing. [Life Hacker]
