Indianapolis police pull over driver who was drunk, watching porn

A 53-year-old gentleman was pulled over by Indianapolis Metropolitan Police in the early hours of December 8, after noticing the man’s car kept crossing over the street’s center line.  No surprise that the police found the driver to be intoxicated, but that was only part of the reason for his inability to maintain control of his car.

The other?  He was also watching a pornographic movie on a portable DVD player at the same time.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer Mike Leeper was the lucky cop who initially noticed Gregory Green of Indianapolis was having trouble keeping his 2004 Dodge Intrepid in his lane.  Imagine his surprise when he found Green drunk and watching an erotic movie while driving.

Green was found to have a blood alcohol content of .17, which is twice the legal limit allowed for Indiana drivers.

Just think—if Officer Leeper had pulled over Green just a few minutes later, he could have charged him with car jacking as well.

Rimshot!
