It’s bad enough to be on trial for shooting a peace officer during an attempted escape from juvenile detention. It’s worse to mumble audibly during attorneys’ arguments and attempt (unsuccessfully) to fire your lawyer during proceedings.
But Corey Webb was on a mission. Right as court was being let out for recess, Webb defiled the courtroom trash can. Clearly, he wasn’t attempting to fool anybody: Video cameras cameras caught the incident, along with the judge, who had these stern words for Webb:
“I don’t know how you were raised, but peeing in a trash can in a state district courtroom is inappropriate behavior. This is the second conversation we’ve had. There won’t be a third.”
Having made his point clear, Webb entered a guilty plea following the break. [Source]
