Documentary explores the ins and outs of mooching off strangers via Craigslist [Video]

Craigslist Joe is a documentary that chronicles the adventures of a young man as he travels across America, surviving off people on Craigslist.

Joe Allan only packs his laptop, cell phone and a toothbrush when he hits the road for a 31-day mooch odyssey – how does it turn out? You’ll have to see the film.

It is an intriguing concept, but anyone thinking of repeating Allan’s little social experiment would do well to remember that while there are a good number of friendly, generous people on Craigslist, there are quite a few creeps as well.
