Cuba Rolls Out Free Penis Implants

Cuban men in seven provinces will be eligible for free penis implants under a program that will eventually be expanded to cover the whole country.

Cuban urologist explained that the high-cost treatment would be offered to “patients whose sexual suffering does not respond positively to traditional treatments.”

Men over 40 with diabetes or circulation problems will be first in line to receive one of the silicon and silver penis implants.

Presumably this guy won’t be needing one
