Fox News Give it 120%, Claim 94% Of Americans Believe Scientists Faked Climate Data

foxnewscrazyclimatepoll
The minds behind Fox & Friends may be less bright than they appear.

As you can see from the image above, an on-screen graphic shown on Fox News noted that 94% of respondents believed that scientists faked their climate data, while 26% did not.

Media Matters explains:

Fox News‘ graphics department added together the ‘very likely’ and ‘somewhat likely’ numbers to reach 59 percent, and called that new group ‘somewhat likely,'” noted Simon Maloy. “Then, for some reason, they threw in the 35 percent ‘very likely’ as their own group, even though they already added that number to the ‘somewhat likely’ percentage. Then they mashed together the ‘not very likely’ and ‘not likely at all’ groups, and threw the 15 percent who were unsure into the waste bin. Voila — 120 percent.

My question is why does the climate matter? How about we work on this stuff so we don’t have to breathe it anymore?

As do most retarded Liberals. They prefer the network news that OMITS the facts. There’s a reason that Fox News has a drastically higher viewership than all the others combined. Fox News breaks more stories while the others conceal topics that would be offensive to the followers of The Messiah, Chairman Mao-bama.

The reason Fox news has so many viewers is because so many people watch it to see how they can bend and twist the truth so much that the ‘news’ they spew forth has no resemblance nor bearing on anything that happens in the real world. I’m not sure I get the Mao-bama reference, is it trying to say that Obama is chinese or that his policies are communist? I still don’t get it. Maybe by claiming that Obama is communist, God will strike him down with a slap of Glorious Capitalism and return the peace and stability that this God-protected country of ours obviously had prior to Obama and his administration screwing the economy over and starting two wars.
Aside from that, I don’t recall any new religions that have sprung up around our new president. Nor any major cults. Though, I was unaware that he had changed his name or is apparently Chinese, so it is entirely possible that I missed that ‘fact’ that was probably omitted by every other news station. It seems unlikely that all the liberals in this country (mostly atheist and agnostic) would worship and pray to him, but that’s probably beside the point. Though, I would have to say that if he was truly our Messiah, I would follow him because he has already received that Nobel Peace Prize, something Jesus has failed to do in the past 2000 years as he and his followers constantly ravage the middle east and impose strict and frankly degrading restrictions on America.

Fox News at least is the most accurate out of all of the networks. The mainstream networks are still biased about the non-Global Warming. They refuse to say anything negative about Obama’s administration. If you’re a liberal you probably don’t care. Accusing Obama of being a socialist is a made up claim. If you read Obama’s book he admits it himself. I wish all News networks would seek out the truth. The only one that tries to accomplish it is Fox. Unbind your mind.

I know this is months late, but I have to respond. Do you seriously think that Fox news is accurately reporting the facts in this country? Yes, they break stories, but do you realize that most of the stories they break are given to them by the GoP? Fox is nothing more than a propaganda channel. That is not opinion, it is a fact. They routinely plaster their “news” with anything that might reflect badly on the left, and often completely ignore anything that either reflects well on the left, or badly on the right.

They also support and organize political rallies for the right, something NO news organization should do.

Honestly, can you seriously listen to the likes of Beck and Hannity and not realize that this is propaganda?

I’m really tired of people comparing liberals to “communist China” . . . (see especially the cover of Glenn Beck’s book which claims we are sliding into socialism and features a picture of Tiananmen Square in the background). Honestly I think a lot of the Glenn Beck types would love to live in today’s China. There is no universal healthcare. Environmental laws are broken constantly and punishment is relatively rare. Sexual references in media are highly censored. And jingoism is de rigueur.

The picture that should actually be behind Beck? Denmark.

And what a pit of hell that place is.

I love the way Americans think that Obama is liberal… he’s like the British conservative party!

I also love the way that somehow politics and science have become so entwined that you believe stuff not based on evidence, but based on which politicians you like. Sound sensible?

Unfortunately there have been a couple of decades of Science for Hire, and environmental groups like Greenpeace, and special “focus groups” hired by corporations desiring to whitewash the impact of their projects have soiled the reputation of “good” science.

The “scientists” doing the research for either side of this tet-a-tet are performing their work precisely backwards, or so it would seem. Because of this it DOES appear to the majority of viewers that there is controversy and that science is dishonest.

The fact is that it is a VERY complicated picture. There IS global warming, but it IS NOT as simple as you drive an SUV therefore You = Eco-Villain. Rather than fighting over whose lies are accurate, we should focus on solutions – which is something FOX is abhorrently void of.

Because there’s a lot of money in the “green” movement. Ever buy a product because it’s eco-friendly, even if it’s more expensive? That markup is largely profit. It was global cooling in the ’70s, now it’s global warming. The thing about scientists is, they’re human. They’re no less likely to twist the data for their own advantage than anyone else. When it’s “in” to report that we need to be “green” they have an incentive to report just that (in order to get paid, gain grants, move up in their career, etc).

Lol, remember the time Glenn Beck and the Fox News goons swapped rally footage from different dates but didn’t tell his audience so as to give the impression that more people were coming to a rally than was expected? Or, lol, remember the time they confused video of two black women, one of who was Shirley Sherrod, a woman Fox News had spent a straight week demonizing despite their clear editing of her NAACP speech? What about the time…

My point is that Fox News does this all the time. I don’t watch the news, period. I read, lots, and spend the time necessary to cross reference all the stories in an attempt to get at the real picture. Sure, CNN and MSNBC are utter crap networks with little to no news value, but they are relatively benign in my eyes when compared with the bold warping of the truth on Fox.

And to any Fox News fans who are ready to jump on my case for calling your favorite network out, let me repeat – I don’t watch television news of annnny. It’s horrible. Fox News just happens to be the worst.

It seems clear that Fox news is doing the ,”Faking” In my little corner of the world where I have lived my entire fifty years of life. Six months of the year have always been cold. Now it is four and a half months. Snow falls have decreased to less than half of normal. My father a meteorologist has kept temperature data for this area for nearly seventy years. From this data and similar data collected by another local weatherman the trend towards warming is unmistakable.

Fox news lies all the time. They also mislead. Here’s something to think about tho. If climate change is faked but we believe it and clean up the world, what is the harm done? People will go back to work and people will spend money. We will all live in a cleaner healthier world. But if we believe Fox news and do nothing, and climate change is real…well then what will become of us? We won’t have to worry about the deficit burdon on our children because we will be worried about how to feed them with shorten growing seasons and draught. I believe that if environmentalists had not been working so tirelessly over the last 100 years or so we would have already perished.

120% of Fox’s audience is comprised of gullible idiots who will gladly listen to lies all day long as long as they are compatible with their ideology.

They are not just reporting the poll, if you actually read the article, you’ll see that they added two sets of categories together, completely improperly, and came up with new wrong numbers.  The original poll had 5 categories that added up to 100%
