A survey of 2,000 customers of the parking firm NCP revealed that the worst part of the parking experience was the smell of the stairwells. Oddly enough, people didn’t respond well to the stench of urine and vomit that is common to car park stairwells in so many countries. However, NCP have decided to do something about it, and plan on pumping more the pleasant smells of cut grass, roses and baked bread into their London, Birmingham, and Cardiff car parks.
