Have you ever had a problem with a neighbor? Remember how you settled things? Chances are it wasn’t like this. A woman in Piqua, Ohio is serving 60 days in jail for sending a neighbor hundreds of dollars worth of magazine subscriptions.
And the magazines in question weren’t your garden variety, coffee table type magazines either. The angered woman had racy magazines such as Playboy and Hustler sent to her neighbor in retaliation after being charged with a misdemeanor following a complaint made by the other woman.
The jailed woman pleaded no contest to felonious tampering with records. She began serving her sentence on March 16th. Her husband is flabbergasted that his wife was sent to jail over this, and her lawyers are asking the judge to suspend the remainder of her sentence, as this is the woman’s first felony.
