A Norwegian man was fined a staggering 700,000 kroner ($109,000) for driving his car 400 yards with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .188. Norwegians are legally allowed to drive with a BAC of less than .02. His license was also revoked for two hears and three months. The man, who pleaded guilty in court, has a personal wealth of 228 million kroner ($36.6 million). [Yahoo]
