Police are seeking Lesley Sampson, mother of 15-year-old Britain’s Got Talent winner George Sampson for “fly tipping” (illegal dumping of garbage) after she failed to appear in court over the alleged dumping of 15 bags of her son’s fan mail by the side of a road.
Lesley Sampson faces a fine that could be in the thousand of pounds. Her 15-year-old teenage idol son was the surprise winner of the 2008 competition, when he won £100,000 in prize money, but he has failed to make much of an impact since his win. [Daily Mail]
