Is Joe Jackson (father of Michael Jackson) planning on taking his son’s children on tour? If rumors are to be believed and “reputable” sources like The Sun are to be trusted, then it could just be a matter of time.

Jackson family members are said to be concerned that Joe Jackson has plans to exploit Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, 7, by taking them on tour as The Jackson Three.

Speculation started following a Good Morning America interview where Joe made a number of comments regarding the talents of the three children.

In his own words:

I keep watching Paris, she maybe wants to do something, you know,” he said. “And Blanket, he can really dance, that’s what they’re saying. He can really dance.

Michael Jackson’s biographer, Ian Halperin, claims that Joe has offered recording contracts to two of the children already and that he has plans for a world tour in 2010.

According to Halperin:

One of the family members is livid. He is saying Joe seems intent to do this no matter what … he wants to exploit the kids the same way he did Michael.

Seventy-nine-year-old Joe Jackson is claiming that he has joint custody of Michael Jackson’s with his wife Katherine. However, it is believed that Katherine Jackson was party to a secret agreement that would exclude Joe from any part of their upbringing.
