Man Tried Using Counterfeit $50 Bills for Lap Dances

50_billWhen it comes to seeing beautiful women get naked, men will go to great, and often misguided lengths to see the fine, feminine form.  It can range from using fake ID to get into your local strip club, to sneaking a peek at your older brother’s Playboy collection.

Or you can do what Ricky Kempter of Cheyenne, Wyoming did – make your own money.

Kempter, 50, met a couple of dancers at the Green Door Lounge in Cheyenne, and was so enamored with the pair that he called the lounge to set up a “private” dance at a local motel.

The dancers picked up Kempter in a cab, and drove to the motel.  After one dancer was dropped off, Kempter and the other entertainer went inside the motel room.  Mr. Kempter had the cab driver hold a roll of $50 while he went off with the dancer.

And that gesture proved to be Kempter’s undoing.

The observant cabbie noticed the money was “funny” looking, and by funny looking, we mean that several of the bills were cut unevenly, many of the $50′s had the same serial number, and that the president on the bills was Harrison Ford (OK, the last one I made up).

Kempter admitted to the cops that he had printed $1200 worth of $50 bills on his home printer.  He is due back in court next Wednesday. [UPI, Image]
