To be fair to the student though, it was art class. Who’s to say he wasn’t “creating” some kind of revolutionary piece of artwork using only his own bodily fluids?

Anyway, an art teacher at a north Dallas high school had gone to check on the progress of one of her students. She was unable to get his attention, as he seemed distracted and staring off into space.
Then he let her know exactly what he had going on.
The student lifted his shirt and exposed himself, then began to moan “aye mami,” while masturbating in front of the teacher–and the 30 other students.
Apparently the student, 17-year-old Martin Guerrero, was really, really into it, because he wouldn’t stop despite his teacher’s protestations. The teacher had to get assistance from the school police before Guerrero would cease doing the “five-knuckle shuffle.”
Because the children in his class were aged 14-17, Guerrero is being charged with a felony for indecency with a child, and is being held on $5000 bail.
Providing he’s not expelled, I wonder if this stunt will help or hurt Guerrero’s chances at landing a date for the prom?
