A Memphis attorney has admitted to removing part of another man’s nose with his teeth in an altercation at a popular restaurant.

NBC reports that the Greg Herbers filed suit against attorney Mark Lambert, alleging that Lambert bit off and swallowed part of his nose during an altercation in the mens’ restroom of Dish.

Herbers allegedly became annoyed because the urinal and stalls were full. When he realized that Lambert and another man were inside the same stall carrying on a conversation, he asked them to leave. The pair refused, and Lambert was said to have begun yelling obscenities. Herbers alleges that Lambert then pushed and grabbed him and bit off his left nostril.

Herbers is seeking relief for what he says is permanent disfigurement to his nose and face. He claims that he will need plastic surgery and possibly a prosthetic nose.
