Jordan S. Christensen’s sentence of a year in jail and three year’s probation last Friday included an unusual stipulation: he is not allowed to date member’s of the opposite sex without the permission of his probation agent.

The 19-year-old (18 at the time of the crime) was charged with auto theft, stealing a firearm and bail jumping, after he stole his foster parents’ car and drove to Memphis with his 16-year-old girlfriend.

Metro reports that Christensen made a plea of no contest to the charges and apologized for his actions.
