OK, maybe not the world’s worst person, but this guy is right up there for this despicable act of stealing from the coffin of a recently dead teenager.
During public visitation for Bradley McCombs, a 17-year-old who died on Christmas Day after his SUV flipped over on a snowy road, 38-year-old Jody Lynn Bennett allegedly stole several items that had been placed in Bradley’s casket, specifically a Game Boy, Game Boy Light and three games.
Classy.
Bradley’s family confronted Bennett about the stolen items, causing him to flee the scene. Unfortunately Bennett is still on the loose, stolen items in tow.
According to Bennett’s aunt, Dianna Bennett, her nephew ‘had been into drugs, he’s into alcohol, he’s just messed up’. That would explain a lot, but still it’s no excuse for stealing from a dead teenager. Hopefully Mr. Bennett meets up with a healthy dose of karma before the cops get a hold of him, although I doubt very much that Bennett could handle the amount of payback coming to him for his awful act.
This might not be the right question to ask but what is a “Gameboy Light”?
its a less calorie version of gameboy, however it ends up being abused and results in the same gain as a regular gameboy, I should know, my son abused gameboy lights
