Or maybe they were talking about his goatee.

In Philadelphia, Timothy Corbett beat a charge of robbery despite video surveillance and an eyewitness account thanks to tensile hair strength.

During closing arguments, Corbett’s attorney pulled on Corbett’s hair to demonstrate that his stiff, straight hair hardly matched the consistency of the mussed locks seen in the 7-Eleven surveillance tape.  The court agreed, finding Corbett not guilty on reasonable doubt.

Corbett, a 22-year-old student, had checked in to a local motel with a female companion shortly before the robbery.  But the confusing part of this case is Corbett’s mugshot, in which he is sporting neither stiff nor tousled hair, but a buzz cut.  Did we miss something?  [Source; Image]
