In Hobson City, Alabama, a man has been arrested for drug possession thanks to his complete lack of intuition and foresight.
Willard Earl Hazle and two friends were on a walk back home after their car died. A passing officer stopped and offered the trio a ride back to their home, which they gladly accepted, not realizing that the males would be patted down merely for safety protocol. Hazle was found in possession of both marijuana and crack cocaine, but luckily, still got a free ride to jail.
While I suppose that a bag of coke in your pocket could be easily forgotten after a long walk home, maybe Hazle will remember to dump his stash before looking to catch a ride with a cop next time. [Source]
