Apparently when your R&B singer Chris Brown you can get away with parking in a handicap parking lot and out of $15,000 in parking tickets for said offence.
According to TMZ, 95 out of 117 tickets given to the man with the very bad temper have been dismissed based on the fact that the parking space at his West Hollywood condo was actually assigned to him. Thus, he was allowed to park there.
This leads to some compelling questions. Did management forget to remove the handicap parking sign? Or did they feel Brown’s inability to control his temper warrants such a sign?
Regardless, he now is off the hook for 95 of the tickets and has saved himself a whole lot of cash.
Which might be well spent on some lessons on how to be conscientious of others. Brown’s fellow condo dwellers have deemed him the “neighbor from hell” due to his loud music, vandalism, and dog races down the hall.
From domestic abuse to complete disrespect to others when will this child grow up? Talent doesn’t hide the fact that Chris Brown might be, quite frankly, a sociopath. [Source]
