Guy who paid teens to spit on him was acquitted of sex crime, is still really creepy

The person pictured here is Los Angels resident Charles Hersel, and his crime is a strange one to say the least.  Hersel was nabbed in a sting operation at the Thousand Oaks mall after cops caught him paying teenagers to “spit in his face and yell profanities at him for sexual gratification.”

Apparently the spitting and cursing wasn’t enough for the 41-year-old Hersel, because, according to several of the students he propositioned, he also offered them cash to relieve themselves on him.  Yes, number one AND number two.

For his, um, dalliances, Hersel was charged with four counts of annoying and molesting a child, but thanks to his smooth talking lawyer, was acquitted of all charges after it was argued that the spitting and expletives weren’t for sexual gratification.

Maybe his lawyer was telling the truth.  Maybe Hersel just wanted to experience what it was like to be married to an abusive woman with a speech impediment, you know, to see if a life of wedded bliss was right for him.  Hey, that’s no stranger than paying teens to spit in your face and call you bad words for sexual gratification, now is it?
