Toddler Wander Lead Cops To Drug Bust

Parents should always keep an incredibly watchful eye on their toddlers. You need to have eyes in the back of your head so you are able to see what they are doing at all times because you never know when those little kiddies might get into something or figure out how to unlock a door to the outside.

And if you are a parent who happens to be growing an awful lot of marijuana in that house, you might want to keep an even closer eye on your toddler so they don’t wander away and bring the police to your house.

This is the lesson learned by a couple in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

Their 2-year old son in diapers managed to unlock a side door and was seen by neighbors trying to cross the street at 10a.m. Sunday. Police received many calls from those neighbors and when they arrived on the scene the boys parents were already there.

Because they have to check the condition the boys house is in, police went over to his home, confirmed the young one had unlocked a side door, and discovered 200 marijuana plants and 283 grams of dried pot in a basement room next to the boy’s playroom< a href="http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/WeirdNews/2013/06/02/20867451.html">, according to Canoe.ca .

A 30-year old man has been arrested, charged with unlawfully producing an illegal substance, possession of an illegal substance and possession with the purpose of trafficking.

Something tells me there will be an increase in children’s locks at this house.
