Comic-Con attendee “stabbed in face” by angry Potter fan

A Comic-Con attendee was allegedly stabbed in the face with a pen by a Harry Potter fan.

Information on the incident remains sketchy, but according to MTV, the disagreement was over seating – or lack thereof. The alleged victim was reportedly saving a seat for a friend. The Harry Potter fan-boy allegedly took exception to the saving of said seat. When MTV is your news source, things invariably get misreported. According to CNN, the argument was due to the proximity of the two males seats, and not over a lack of seating. However, the alleged attacker did still handle the situation with the raw, psychotic abandon of Joe Pesci’s “Nicky” from Casino instead of channeling the tact and intellect of his favorite boy wizard.

The gratuitous, unrelated (and violent) Casino clip on the next may not be safe for some working environments.
