Exotic Dancer Accused Of Worker’s Comp Fraud

A former Quakertown, Pennsylvania waitress has some explaining to do – authorities claim that she was employed as a stripper while collecting worker’s compensation. According to the state Attorney General’s office, 43-year-old Christina Gamble received more than $22,000 in disability benefits, while at the same time getting paid to perform at C.R. Fanny’s Gentlemen’s Club and Sports Bar.

Gamble’s complaint claimed that she fell and injured her back in the course of her employment in a restaurant in 2007. She is said to have told a doctor that she found it difficult to stand or change positions. This author has been told that these are both things that strippers have to do quite a lot. [Denver Post]
