Lion nearly makes a meal of trainer [video]

Things would probably have turned out differently for the animal trainer in this video had the lioness not stepped in to subdue a male lion that was about to do what lions do best.

The attack took place at MGM Las Vegas. Aside from possibly needing a change of underpants the young trainer in question seemed to come out of it okay – which is lucky for both him and the lion.

I believe that Chris Rock said it best when he said, “That tiger didn’t go crazy; that tiger went tiger!” – or words to that effect. Sure, this time it was a lion and that time it was one half of Siegfried and Roy, but it’s the same thing.
