Madison, Wisconsin:When confronted by a harsh music critic, a street musician named Bongo Jesus AKA Brandin Hochstrasser, chose to let his guitar do the talking.
When a 54-year-old man commented on Hochstrasser’s “questionable guitar playing”, the 31-year-old took the criticism to heart and smashed the guitar in question over his former friend’s head.
Police spokesman Joel DeSpain explained:
He went over to ‘Bongo Jesus’ and provided some sort of critique which did not sit well … When police were called, we were advised that the musician was hitting the victim over the head with the guitar.
Following the alleged altercation with his critic, Bongo Jesus is said to have taken a swing at a college student and done battle with a member of the local constabulary. He was subdued by charged with battery, battery to a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. [news.com.au]
