Ohio man blames DUI arrest on Ozzy Osborne

Makes sense to me…but not really.

William Liston was arrested on Christmas eve on suspicion of driving under the influence.  Cops pulled him over as he drove through a suburb of Cleveland, and when questioned by police, Liston gave a rather uniquely odd reason for being drunk while behind the wheel.

Ozzy Osborne of course.

According to Liston, “Ozzy Osborne and his music made me do it.”

I’m pretty sure the cops weren’t buying it, seeing that Liston is awaiting trial on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired.  Get this, Liston was in court this past Thursday to plead not guilty to breaking into a medical office last November.

No word on whether he blamed that particular offense on Lawrence Welk and his bubble machine.
