Politician catches own assassin in family snapshot

A Philippine politician gunned down in front of his family on New Year’s Eve caught his assassin in a family snapshot a few moments before he was shot.

Reynaldo Dagsa’s final picture shows his family posing for the photograph in the foreground and his alleged killer aiming a pistol in the background.

According to Manila Police Chief Jude Santos:

While he was taking the picture of his family on New Year’s Day, the killer appeared and he inadvertently took the picture of the killer with the gun aimed at him.

Police arrested the alleged gunman and his accomplice after the family discovered him in the picture.
