When Charlene Johnson was pulled over in Martin County, Florida, deputies found exactly what they’d expected: Johnson’s BAC over twice the legal limit and marijuana in the vehicle. But what they didn’t find was clothing.
Johnson was stopped after a deputy noticed that she was having trouble staying in her lane. Alcohol and marijuana could be smelled in the vehicle, which may have contributed to the suspicion that she was driving under the influence. But the elephant in the room – or rather, in the driver’s seat – was the fact that Johnson had inexplicably lost her clothing at some point that night.
Fortunately for officers and passerby, her clothes were in the car, and the heavily intoxicated Johnson managed to get dressed before stepping out to fail her sobriety tests. She has since been released on $11,500 bail. [Source]
