Some people arrive to their wedding in limos. Others horse drawn carriage. And a select few choose forklifts.
That select few are Chinese couple Kong Qingyang and Shen Likun. The newlyweds chose their red ribbon forklift ride because when they met Kong was a drove one and Shen sold them.
It took a while for the couple to get to their wedding alter. With a maximum speed of 8 miles per hour (13km/ hour) it took 3.5 hours.
Bride Shen says she wouldn’t want it any other way:
“I love him as a person. No matter what vehicle he picks me up in I would marry him. I will remember this parade forever.’ [Metro]
