Caroline Gonzalez took no time deciding her hometown of Forney, Texas needed an ever standing tribute to her favorite singer.
“I really like Justin Beiber,” she says. “And I though why not have a street in my hometown named after my favorite singer?”
The contest was created to kick start an interest in government amongst youth and it seems Gonzalez learned one rule of politics very quickly – you can use your power to get what you want. [Source]
