Police raid on man’s flat ends in confiscation of dangerous music

It could've been a lot worse.

Having loud neighbors is bad; having loud neighbors who constantly play louder music is worse.  But one British man set a precedent for poor manners and poorer taste when police were forced to break down the door of his flat and confiscate his small and overused CD collection.

He was served with a noise complaint, which he failed to heed, resulting in the raid.  Neighbors report that his beloved music, while loud, was distinctly unchanging, with rapper 50 Cent and singer Whitney Houston on heavy rotation.  And should the man decide to re-purchase his favorite tunes, the warrant is open such that they can be easily confiscated yet again.  Good riddance.
