People often fail to lock the door when a potentially embarrassing walk-in could occur. Being caught in the nude is not news. Being caught in your pet bulldog is a felony in Florida.
Eugene Hickman’s grandson, who could not be named, found his grandfather on top of the three-year-old female bulldog, evidently attempting to have sex with it. When the grandson told his father, who then alerted the police, Hickman confessed to his (attempted) crime.
Reportedly, Hickman is the first to be tried for violating Florida’s recent anti-bestiality law, which considers the act animal cruelty. Due to Hickman’s lack of success, however, he has only been charged with third-degree animal cruelty. [Source]
