If your grave marker reads like this then you failed in life

All I know about Bernard P. Hopkins is that he lived to the ripe old age of 88 in the small town of Caldwell, Texas, his social security number and the fact that he would seem to have upset a few people before he shuffled off his mortal coil.

Below his headstone, a separate stone tablet reads: “LEGACY OF BPH: LIAR – THIEF – CHEAT – SELFISH – UNSHARING – UNLOVING – UNKIND – DISLOYAL – DISHONORABLE – UNFAITHFUL”.

A grave marker like that of old BPH either lived life to its absolute fullest without any care for the consequences, or that he was an absolute jerk, or both. Either way, he made a lasting impression. [Source]
