As President George W. Bush once said, “Fool me once, shame on you…fool me…you can’t get fooled again.” Relevant? Probably not, but I like it.
Illinois man Keith Kline was in rare form this past Saturday afternoon, as the 45-year-old was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at around 3:45 p.m. Police place him in the Wayne County jail, and after half an hour or so, once the booking process was complete and Kline posted bond, he was released.
His freedom didn’t last long.
Upon his release Kline stumbled down the jail steps, turned, and proceeded to urinate on said steps, because when you gotta go, you gotta go.Unbeknownst to Kline, the officer that had arrested him for DUI was watching him the whole time on surveillance camera, and re-arrested Kline, this time charging him with disorderly conduct.
Kline again posted bond and was released from custody, pending a court appearance for both charges. Too bad Kline didn’t go for the trifecta of DUI, public urination and naked jaywalking, because he would have gone from stupid drunk to Internet folk hero like that.
